This dress is brand new and never worn. In fact, I only removed it from the packaging to take photos. I bought it as a back up, got caught up in wedding madness, and missed the return deadline. Your win! It's recommended that you wear the skirt over a Simple column dress, but you can do what you want, of course! The skirt runs true to size. The underskirt has a horsehair trim to add some beautiful structure.
